A while ago, we tore up our packaging and started again. It was not a small tweak. It was a full promise to protect every fragile piece. This is the story of our packaging, and why we changed everything.
Why we changed our packaging
Early on, too many pieces arrived chipped or cracked. That was unacceptable for handmade work. So we rebuilt our packaging from the ground up.
What our packaging looks like now
Each item now travels in layered, cushioned protection. Fragile parts get extra padding, and boxes are sized to prevent movement. Because of that, breakages have dropped sharply.
Balancing safety and waste
We also try to keep things sensible, not excessive. We choose protective materials without drowning a piece in plastic. It is a careful balance, and we keep improving it.
Our promise to you
If a piece still arrives damaged, we make it right, no argument. That guarantee is the heart of our packaging promise. Handmade decor deserves to arrive whole.
