Shipping and delivery
We ship across India. We do not take international orders through the website at the moment; write to info@premloomenvision.com if you are ordering from abroad.
What shipping costs
- Free shipping on every order of Rs 1,999 or more (measured before any coupon discount).
- Metro cities: Rs 29 per order below Rs 1,999.
- Rest of India: Rs 49 per order below Rs 1,999.
- The exact charge for your pincode is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes. It carries a handling charge of Rs 50, shown at checkout. Paying online by UPI, card or net banking avoids it.
How long it takes
Most pieces are made to order. Making and packing takes 5 to 10 days, and the courier then takes 3 to 7 days, so most orders arrive within 8 to 17 days of being placed. We send tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address you give at checkout through registered courier partners. Please check the pincode and phone number, because the courier will call before delivery. Premloom Envision LLP hands every parcel to the courier within the making time above; delays after that are with the courier, and we will chase them for you.
If something arrives damaged
Record a continuous unboxing video and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. The full process is on our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds page.
