All Premloom products are handcrafted. Some products use machine-assisted techniques at one stage (for example, CNC metal cutting for tealight holder frames) but are hand-finished throughout. We disclose machine involvement on product pages where applicable. No product in our catalogue is fully factory-made.

Premloom works directly with artisan families across Rajasthan. We maintain long-term relationships with specific workshops across multiple craft traditions: metalwork, wood carving, folk painting, terracotta modelling, and textile work. All artisan partners are visited and verified by us personally. Our candles are poured by hand in Thane by our co-founder, Prerna Agarwwal.

Most pieces are made to order. Making and packing takes 5 to 10 days and the courier then takes 3 to 7 days, so most orders arrive within 8 to 17 days of being placed. We send tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Yes, and it’s free. Select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout (or mention it in a WhatsApp order). We use kraft paper, twine, and a handwritten card with the craft tradition and origin of the piece. You can include a personalised message, just add it in the order notes at checkout.

Record a continuous unboxing video and tell us within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp at +91 9649243355 or at info@premloomenvision.com. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and we pay the return postage. If the fault is in the making itself, photographs are enough. Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in its original packaging. We arrange the pickup and a flat Rs 100 return shipping charge is deducted from your refund (pieces over 2 kg are charged by weight, and we tell you first). Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Custom-made or personalised pieces, branded corporate orders and lit candles are non-returnable.

Yes. We work with corporate clients for Diwali, client appreciation, and event gifting. We offer branded packaging, personalised note cards, and competitive bulk pricing. Customisation depends on the product and craft form. Wooden pieces can often be customised in size and colour palette. Metal pieces can be customised in size for large orders. Personalised text or logo can be added to some pieces. WhatsApp us before ordering to discuss your specific requirement.

We accept UPI (all major apps), credit and debit cards, net banking, EMI (select cards), digital wallets, and cash on delivery (selected pin codes). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.

Yes. Many of our products are available on Amazon India. However, buying directly from premloomenvision.com gives us better margins to maintain fair artisan rates and gives you better quality control via our own packaging process. We encourage direct orders where possible.

Dust regularly with a dry soft cloth. Avoid wet cleaning on antique-finish pieces. The finish will deepen naturally with age, this is desirable. Do not use chemical metal polishes. Use standard 38mm tealight candles. Never leave a lit tealight unattended or near children or flammable materials.

In Vastu Shastra, elephants placed at the entrance of a home (facing inward, not outward) are considered auspicious, they bring strength, wisdom, and prosperity into the space. The elephant’s trunk should ideally be raised. Keep away from bathrooms and south-facing rooms.

Both the Deer Tealight Stand and Peacock Tealight Holder accept standard 38mm diameter tealight candles, which are available in most supermarkets. Premloom’s own hand-poured soy wax tealights are our recommended pairing, they produce a warmer, cleaner flame. Find them in the Candles & Tealights category.

We ship within India only. For an order from abroad, write to info@premloomenvision.com and we will tell you what is possible.

Most Premloom pieces are decorative objects intended for adult display and are not suitable as children’s toys. Terracotta pieces in particular are fragile and should be kept out of reach of children. Tealight holders should never be used near children without adult supervision. We do not currently have a specific children’s product range.

We have a studio space in Rajasthan. For visits, particularly for corporate clients wanting to see products before placing bulk orders, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp at +91 9649243355 to schedule. We can also arrange artisan workshop visits for customers visiting Rajasthan.

Market prices in Rajasthan typically reflect what a middleman pays artisans (after aggressive negotiation) and what they charge tourists (with a markup that goes to them, not the maker). Our prices reflect fair artisan wages, our operating costs, and reasonable margins. We don’t compete with market prices, we compete on quality, story, and direct artisan support.

Direct sourcing (no intermediaries between artisan and customer), transparent pricing, damage replacement backed by your unboxing video, specific craft tradition documentation on every product, and a personal relationship with every artisan workshop we buy from. We’re not a marketplace, we’re a brand with a supply chain we know and control.

Yes. All orders from premloomenvision.com come with a proper GST invoice. Corporate buyers can collect GST input tax credit on purchases. Enter your GSTIN at checkout or WhatsApp it to us with your order number and we’ll update the invoice.
