Premloom works directly with artisan families in and around Udaipur, Rajasthan. We maintain long-term relationships with specific workshops across multiple craft traditions: metalwork, wood carving, folk painting, terracotta modelling, and textile work. All artisan partners are visited and verified by us personally.

Standard delivery across India is 5–7 business days from dispatch. Dispatch typically happens within 1–2 business days of order placement for in-stock items. Yes, and it’s free. Select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout (or mention it in a WhatsApp order). We use kraft paper, twine, and a handwritten card with the craft tradition and origin of the piece. You can include a personalised message — just add it in the order notes at checkout.

Photograph the damage immediately and WhatsApp us at +91 9649243355. We replace damaged pieces within 5–7 business days of the damage report. This is unconditional — we don’t require the piece to be returned first. We take full responsibility for transit damage.

We accept returns of undamaged pieces within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned piece. Custom-made or personalised pieces are non-returnable.

Yes. Many of our products are available on Amazon India. However, buying directly from premloomenvision.com gives us better margins to maintain fair artisan rates and gives you better quality control via our own packaging process. We encourage direct orders where possible.

Dust regularly with a dry soft cloth. Avoid wet cleaning on antique-finish pieces. The finish will deepen naturally with age — this is desirable. Do not use chemical metal polishes. Use standard 38mm tealight candles. Never leave a lit tealight unattended or near children or flammable materials.

In Vastu Shastra, elephants placed at the entrance of a home (facing inward, not outward) are considered auspicious — they bring strength, wisdom, and prosperity into the space. The elephant’s trunk should ideally be raised. Keep away from bathrooms and south-facing rooms.

Both the Deer Tealight Stand and Peacock Tealight Holder accept standard 38mm diameter tealight candles, which are available in most supermarkets. Premloom’s own beeswax artisan tealights are our recommended pairing — they produce a warmer, cleaner flame. Find them in the Candles & Tealights category.

Most Premloom pieces are decorative objects intended for adult display and are not suitable as children’s toys. Terracotta pieces in particular are fragile and should be kept out of reach of children. Tealight holders should never be used near children without adult supervision. We do not currently have a specific children’s product range.

Our prices reflect fair artisan wages, our operating costs, and reasonable margins. We don’t compete with market prices — we compete on quality, story, and direct artisan support.
