For larger and repeat orders, we work off a purchase order. You share the PO, we confirm scope and timelines against it, and delivery is tracked to it. This keeps things simple for organisations that can only pay against an approved PO.
Minimum order quantities
Handcrafted does not mean rigid. Minimum order quantities in bulk corporate gifting are flexible, and depend on the piece and the level of customisation. Small teams can order modest quantities, and large orders of several hundred pieces are planned ahead so quality never slips.
