The jar candle is the practical one. It burns down inside its own container, so there is nothing to catch the melt and nothing to clean.

About the Craft

Poured by hand in Rajasthan, in layers, so the colour changes as it burns. The top is finished with dried botanicals or a sculpted wax flower set into the surface while it cools. Colours and toppings vary between batches, which is the nature of pouring by hand.

Burning It Safely

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn
