About the Craft
Crafted in the rich visual tradition of Rajasthani royal court art, these paired figurines depict royal guards in full ceremonial regalia â elaborate turbans, traditional weapons, the upright posture of duty and pride. Made from Kadamb wood by artisan families in Udaipur, each figure is hand-carved and hand-painted with the bold colour palette of Mewar miniature art.
