Every year our company does Diwali gifting for clients and partners. Every year it’s the same, mithai boxes, chocolate assortments, maybe a branded diary. Everyone gets it, everyone acknowledges it politely, no one remembers it.
This year I had a small budget increase (₹1,500 per recipient) and a mandate to “do something different.” I found Premloom on Instagram, someone I follow had posted their Peacock Tealight Holder. I WhatsApp’d Premloom directly.
They were incredibly responsive. Within one day I had a proposal with three product options at our budget. We went with a curated set: a Peacock Tealight Holder plus a pack of their artisan beeswax tealights in kraft gift packaging with our company card.
60 sets, delivered in two batches. The feedback was unprecedented, five separate clients called personally to say how much they liked it. One client put it on their office reception desk. Another sent us a photo of it lit up in their home with a note about how their team loved it.
We’ve booked the same arrangement for next Diwali already.
