Description
Five animals, five colourways, one family. The elephant for wisdom, the camel for the desert road, the peacock for the first rain. In Rajasthani folk painting these are not decoration, they are the cast of every story told on a wall or a door.

About the Craft
Each figure is carved from wood and hand-painted by artisan families in Rajasthan, working in the folk idiom their families have used for generations. The base colour goes on first, then the motif work: fine white dotting, red and green florals, the eye picked out last. Because every line is drawn freehand, no two figures in your set will carry exactly the same pattern, and no two sets are alike.
Perfect For
- Corporate Diwali and new-year gifting, where one box covers a whole team
- Housewarming and wedding gifts that arrive as a collection rather than a single object
- Shelves, mantels and console tables where a group reads better than one piece
- Children’s rooms and reading corners
- Splitting into five separate small gifts
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy these individually?
Yes. Each figure is also sold on its own at โน500. The set brings all five together at a lower price than buying them separately.
Are the colours exactly as photographed?
Close, but hand-painted work varies. Shade and motif shift a little from piece to piece, which is the point of buying handcraft rather than a moulded product.
What are they made from?
Wood, hand-carved and hand-painted in Rajasthan.
How do I clean them?
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep them out of standing water.
Why Premloom Envision
Every Premloom Envision piece is made by artisan families in Rajasthan whose craft is generations old. We work with them directly, which means fair pay at their end and honest work at yours. Variation in colour, line and finish is not a fault. It is the evidence that a person made it.
