Description
The lotus rises from still water and opens to the light. Every home has a surface that deserves this reminder. This handcrafted lotus candle, layered petals, perfectly proportioned, glowing softly when lit, is the kind of piece you place and immediately feel the room change. This serene lotus bloom is made by hand in Thane for Premloom Envision.
About the Craft
The Lotus Candle is a sculpted wax candle shaped to capture the layered, opening bloom of a lotus in full flower. Each petal layer is individually formed and arranged during the making process, this is not a simple mould pour but a craft piece that requires attention and patience. The result is a candle with natural petal depth and variation that makes it as beautiful as a display object as it is when lit. The lotus holds profound significance across Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain traditions, a symbol of purity, spiritual emergence, and divine grace. Place this with intention.
Vastu Tip
Candles represent the fire element (agni) in Vastu Shastra. Place them in the southeast corner of any room to activate prosperity and domestic energy. Never place candles in the north zone, water and fire elements clash here. When lighting candles in a puja space, face them east toward the morning sun. The lotus is a deeply auspicious symbol in Vastu, placing a lotus candle in the northeast corner of a room, or near a puja space, is believed to invite spiritual clarity and divine blessings into the home.

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of wax is used?
This candle is hand poured in pure soy wax. The exact wax type is noted on the product packaging. Pure soy wax burns cleaner and longer than paraffin.
How long does this candle burn?
Each candle burns about 4 to 5 hours. Trim the wick and burn in a draft-free environment for maximum burn time.
How do I care for this candle?
Trim the wick to 6mm before every lighting. This prevents mushrooming, reduces soot, and keeps the flame even. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch. Allow the wax to cool completely between burns.
Is it safe to burn?
Always place on a heat-resistant surface. Keep away from drafts, curtains, flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not move a candle while the wax is liquid.
Can this be used as a gift?
Yes, it comes in Premloom Envision packaging and is fully gift-ready. Add a personalised message at checkout. These sculpted candles are as beautiful on a shelf as they are when lit.
Is this candle appropriate as a puja offering?
Yes. The lotus is sacred across traditions and this candle is crafted with the care and respect that reflects that. Many customers light this in their puja space and find it a beautiful offering.
What colours is the lotus candle available in?
Classic white and soft pink are the most spiritually traditional. Saffron and golden variants may also be available, check the listing for current options.
Why Premloom Envision?
You will find similar-looking decor in many online stores. Here is the difference: every Premloom candle is poured by hand in Thane by our co-founder. No factories, no resellers, no mass production. When you order, a real craftsperson goes to work. The slight variation in colour, line or finish is not a defect. It is the signature of handmade work. Your piece will never be identical to anyone else’s. That is what you are paying for.
The heritage you are gifting
These candles are sculpted and hand-poured in small batches, not run off a line. The shape, the finish and the pour are all done by hand, which is why each one feels considered rather than stamped out. Made to be the calm corner of a room, and pretty enough to keep even before it is lit.
