Lucky Turtle

Description

The turtle moves slowly, but it always arrives. In Vastu Shastra and Chinese symbolism alike, the turtle carries the energy of patience, protection, and enduring prosperity. Keep one at home, and watch what steadily comes your way. This lucky turtle metal plate is made by hand in Rajasthan for Premloom Envision.

About the Craft

This Lucky Turtle figurine is crafted by artisan families in Rajasthan with careful attention to form, the rounded shell, the grounded posture, the sense of quiet permanence. Made from quality materials with a smooth, lustrous finish, it is weighted and substantial in the hand. The shell detailing is precise and deliberate, reflecting the artisan’s understanding that this is not just a showpiece but a Vastu object with specific purpose.

Vastu Tip

Place the Lucky Turtle in the north direction of your home or living room, north is governed by Kuber, the lord of wealth, and a turtle placed here activates prosperity and financial stability. Place near the entrance facing inward, or on your office desk for career growth. Avoid the south direction. The turtle should always face north or east.

Perfect For

• The north zone of any living room or home office as a Vastu remedy
• Office desks for career stability and gradual, sustained growth
• Housewarming and new office gifts, universally auspicious across traditions
• Anyone starting a new business venture or financial chapter
• Gifting to parents, elders, or anyone who values Vastu and positive energy

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the turtle considered lucky?
In Vastu Shastra, the turtle (Kachhapa) is one of the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu, symbolising longevity, stability, and protection. In Feng Shui, it is a celestial guardian of career and wealth. A turtle figurine combines both traditions.

Which direction should the turtle face?
North or east. If placed near the entrance, face it inward, welcoming energy into the home.

What material is this figurine made from?
Crafted by artisans in Rajasthan. Please refer to product images for material details.

Can I place it in my bedroom?
Vastu recommends the living room, north zone, or home office for Vastu objects rather than the bedroom.

Is this a good gift?
Universally appreciated, auspicious across cultural and religious backgrounds. Arrives in Premloom Envision packaging.

Why Premloom Envision?

You will find similar-looking decor in many online stores. Here is the difference: every Premloom wood and metal piece is made by a named artisan family in Rajasthan. No factories, no resellers, no mass production. When you order, a real craftsperson goes to work. The slight variation in colour, line or finish is not a defect. It is the signature of handmade work. Your piece will never be identical to anyone else’s. That is what you are paying for.

The heritage you are gifting

This piece is handmade and hand-finished by the artisan families we work with. We are a curator of artisan-made décor, not a factory, so each one carries the small variations that come from real craft, made to be displayed and kept rather than mass-produced and forgotten.
