Description

The white peacock is the quieter one. Same carving, same long green tail, but on a pale body the folk motifs read as detail rather than as colour, which makes it easier to place in a room that is already busy. This white green peacock is made by hand in Rajasthan for Premloom Envision.

It is carved in wood and painted by hand, with the eye of each tail feather worked separately and a gold crest above the head. Set beside the blue one, the pair shows how much the base colour changes the same carving.

Give it a little shelf depth for the tail. It reads well against wood and against plain walls.

Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Keep out of direct sun so the colours stay true.
