Dholak Pen Stand: Musical Folk Art Desk Piece

Description

The dholak anchors every celebration in Rajasthan, from weddings to harvest festivals, its two-headed drum rhythm marks the heartbeat of community. This metal pen stand takes that iconic form and brings it to your workspace: hand shaped into a dholak shape, then painted in the bold folk-art palette of Rajasthan’s artisans, saffron, cobalt blue, and crisp white patterning across the barrel. This dholak pen stand is made by hand in Rajasthan for Premloom Envision.

There’s something quietly joyful about having a piece of Rajasthani musical culture sitting on your desk. It’s functional, holds pens, markers, scissors, but it carries a story. Made by artisans in Rajasthan whose families have been painting folk motifs for generations, each piece is slightly different in the brushwork details.

An ideal gift for music lovers, culture enthusiasts, or anyone who’d appreciate something genuinely handcrafted on their desk. Works as a standalone piece or paired with other folk-art desk accessories from the Premloom collection.
